wēpa Print Card Does NOT Work

Sometimes the magnetic strip on the back of a wēpa Print Card can malfunction. Contact wēpa support (1.800.675.7639 / help@wepanow.com / Chat Below) to provide the wēpa Print Card number located on the back of the Print Card. The funds on the wēpa Print Card will be transferred to your wēpa account and the Print Card can be discarded.

Uploaded Document Does NOT Appear at Print Station

Documents uploaded but do not show up in queue when logged in at wēpa Print Stations are caused by incorrect page setup settings. Below are the instructions on how to change the paper size from A4 to Letter:
