Uploaded Document Does NOT Appear at Print Station

Documents uploaded but do not show up in queue when logged in at wēpa Print Stations are caused by incorrect page setup settings. Below are the instructions on how to change the paper size from A4 to Letter:

  • Open document in respective application software and click File and scroll down and select Print:

  •  Select the Page Setup button and select Page Setup. Select the Size field and scroll down the drop down menu for the Letter option then click OK. Select Print and then enter wēpa credentials for authentication and to receive a release code.
