To request a refund please email email@example.com and provide the username associated with your wēpa account along with the title of the document that you are requesting a refund for. *Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the refund to reflect to your bank statement, depending on your financial institution. *
Deposit funds to Wēpa account balance either at print station or website using a credit/debit card or PayPal. There is no minimum balance that must be maintained and any remaining user deposited funds can be refunded by contacting wēpa support (1.800.675.7639 / firstname.lastname@example.org / Chat Below).
