Print Card Balance Transfer to Wēpa Account
Tired of carrying your wēpa print cards around? Wēpa has released a NEW feature at the print station where you can transfer the balance of your print cards to your wēpa account balance:
Depositing Funds to wēpa Account Balance
Deposit funds to Wēpa account balance either at print station or website using a credit/debit card or PayPal. There is no minimum balance that must be maintained and any remaining user deposited funds can be refunded by contacting wēpa support (1.800.675.7639 / help@wepanow.com / Chat Below).
Pay with International Credit Card
When using an international credit card to pay for prints, enter 00000 in the zip code field and enter the other information as instructed.

Below are the payment options at Print Stations to print documents:
Refund Procedure for Defective Prints
To request a refund please email help@wepanow.com and provide the username associated with your wēpa account along with the title of the document that you are requesting a refund for. When requesting refunds for defective prints please provide photos of the defect. This will help us better determine the steps needed to fix the issue.
Request for refund must be made within 30 business days.
*Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the refund to reflect to your bank statement, depending on your financial institution. *
School Deposited Funds in wēpa Account NOT Available
School deposited funds do expire. All funds deposited by schools to students have an effective start and stop time. Depending on the school, the effective time period is either by semester or school year. The funds will be triggered upon any login within a wepa product. Try logging in at https://www.wepanow.com/login to trigger the funds or contact wēpa Support for additional assistance (1.800.675.7639 / help@wepanow.com / Chat Below).
Check the school deposited funds on the website after logging in by selecting show details on the right side under where the Wepa Balance is shown:

A popup window will appear showing a breakdown of your balance with your personally deposited funds at the top which never expire and school deposited funds below it with an expiration date on the right:

You can also check this information on the print station kiosk. After logging in, select the blue menu icon in the top right corner like below:

A dropdown menu will appear, select the first option Show Balance Details:

Service Fee Using Credit / Debit Card at Print Station
A service fee of $0.40 is imposed by the financial institutions when using a credit/debit card at a Print Station. You can avoid this fee by registering and depositing money into your wēpa account with your Credit/Debit card. You are not charged a fee by wēpa for using your Credit/Debit card for depositing money into your wēpa account. Note: This fee is incurred when you use your Credit/Debit card to pay for prints at the Print Station.
