Campus Card Swipe Error

Some schools have integrated campus cards to automatically log into students official school wēpa accounts. The following posts provides information if swiping a campus card at a print station results in an error window:

Important Note: Following post is for print stations that have a ‘Log in by inserting your [Campus] Card’ at the bottom. See the Tag / Untag Card post if the text states ‘Log in by inserting your Tagged Card’.

When a campus card is swiped at a print station, the information is sent to the schools IT Department / campus card office for authentication to receive the campus card balance as well as the userID / username email address of the student.

If an ‘No Account Found’ message appears after swiping a campus card, the campus card is most likely not retrieving the students userID / username email address from the schools IT Department / campus card office. Notify  wēpa support (800.675.7639 / help@wepanow.com / Chat below) for confirmation or notify your schools IT Department / campus card office that when swiping at a wēpa print station, it is not retrieving your userID / username email address.
