Reporting Accessibility Issues

How to Report

Please email accessibility@wepanow.com with as much detail as possible, including:

  • A description of the issue you experienced.
  • The product or service where it occurred (e.g., kiosk, mobile app, website).
  • The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using (if applicable).
  • Any steps that will help us reproduce the issue.

What Happens Next

  • Your report will be reviewed by our accessibility team.
  • The issue will be tracked in our system and prioritized for resolution.
  • We may reach out if additional details are needed.
  • Once resolved, we will notify you and include it in our accessibility updates.
